Equipped with a vibrant and knowledgeable bar staff and adorned with old attic finds like a vintage Bright Light and a taxidermy deer, this attic-turned-pub is the perfect modern-day twist on the old Canadiana.
Arglye Attic takes fresh and local ingredients (organically and ethically sourced when possible!) and turns them into comfort food with a flare. Southern Fried Chicken & Waffles or Panko Breaded Wild Mushroom Raviolli, anyone?
The chefs aren’t the only ones serving up the delicious. Sip one (or two) of Lauren Mote’s cocktails like the Rumpelstlizchen! (a rum, grapefruit, and beer concoction), or our favourite, the Trans-Canada Sour (rye whiskey, maple syrup, egg white, and cinnamon – just to name a few ingredients). Don’t forget to sample the whiskey list – with blends from all around the world it’s longer than a twelve-man canoe!
